National Disability Insurance Scheme
If you have an NDIS plan with Core Supports funding, you're likely entitled to regular cleaning assistance. Whether you're plan-managed, self-managed, or NDIA-managed, we can work with your plan. We'll set up your service agreement and make sure everything is invoiced correctly through your plan — you don't need to worry about a thing.
Department of Veterans' Affairs
Gold and White Card holders may be eligible for home cleaning through the Veterans' Home Care (VHC) program or DVA Household Services (HHS), depending on your circumstances. We work directly with DVA and can help you understand which program applies to you and what you're entitled to. For eligible veterans, there's no out-of-pocket cost for approved cleaning services.
Transport Accident Commission
If you've been injured in a transport accident and your recovery means you can't manage household cleaning, TAC may cover your home cleaning costs. We have experience working with TAC clients across Central Victoria and can help you understand what's claimable and how to get it set up without the usual run-around.
WorkSafe Victoria
A workplace injury can make everyday tasks like cleaning difficult or impossible. WorkSafe may cover home cleaning as part of your recovery support. We'll work with your case manager and insurer directly — all you need to do is let us know you're a WorkSafe client, and we'll take it from there.
My Aged Care / Support at Home
Under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or a Home Care Package, cleaning is one of the most commonly approved supports. We're experienced in working within aged care funding guidelines and can make sure the cleaning you receive actually meets your assessed needs — not just a quick once-over.
