A standard clean will generally include the basics like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces & bathrooms, but often depends on your needs. Our Quote Form will request everything we need to give you a costing based on your individual requirements (with your initial clean being our Down and Dirty package), depending on the type of cleaning you need and the size/layout of your home; visit our Domestic Pricing page for details. We do offer an hourly rate service and you can also “top up” your booking with our add-on services as needed. (Note: For Commercial, Accommodation & Squalor/Hoarder cleans, please Contact Us for a quote.)

Yes — we use eco-friendly products as standard, and we're happy to use your own products if you'd prefer. And yes, every cleaner is a proper employee, covered by WorkCover — we wouldn't have it any other way.

All of our staff must present a valid police check at time of employment, have references and must absolutely love to clean. Further, they go through a rigorous training program. Our hiring process is the equivalent of meeting the most over-the-top in-laws.
